One tenant. Any number of brands. Any number of clients.XENIQ is built tenant-first. One agency, one tenant — with as many internal brands and client accounts as the work demands, across any vertical the agency serves.
Inside a single tenant, an agency runs multiple internal brands that share infrastructure but keep their own identity. Our own parent group runs three — BrennSys (technology & services), Aqua (destination marketing), and XENIQ (the platform itself) — all under one tenant.
Each tenant adds any number of client accounts, assigns a vertical to each, and the platform tailors its KPI library, benchmarks, intelligence overlays, and AI context to that vertical. A DMO client and a B2B SaaS client under the same agency get different default dashboards, different recommended metrics, different AI-suggested narratives.
Permissions are per-brand and per-client. A junior strategist on the CPG team doesn't see the airport account, and vice versa. By default, not by configuration.

AGENCY TENANT
(we run BrennSys, Aqua, and XENIQ this way)
Any number of clients · any vertical · per-client KPI library and AI context
Every tool the agency pays for is a margin hit. XENIQ collapses the stack into one line item.
Strategists and analysts are the agency’s most expensive asset — and they spend hours every week on reconciliation. XENIQ gives that time back.
Better reporting, faster turnaround, and a coherent year-over-year story make accounts stickier.
Most agencies serve more than one type of client. The tooling has to flex — ours does.
Six recurring conversations with agency leadership — and how the platform answers each.
“My senior strategists spend Fridays copying numbers between platforms.”
One database. UTMs generated by the media plan; GA4, channel APIs, and social data land on the right campaign automatically. Friday goes back to strategy.
“Disconnected tools fragment the story we’re supposed to tell about the client.”
Media planning, CRM, DAM, project management, reporting, and intelligence layers in one product. Renewal decks, awards submissions, and case studies are assembled from a single source.
“I don’t trust AI to touch my client’s brand voice.”
Q is fed each client’s brand collateral. The platform works to protect client brand and augment it — never to rework it. Guardrails are per task type, from "ask before doing anything" to "just handle it."
“Most AI tools assume a KPI is a KPI based on its name.”
Major data points carry AI context. Q understands what a metric means in the client’s vertical and business model — "cost per session" in luxury hospitality is read differently than in high-volume DTC.
“My analysts disappear into pipeline work instead of insight.”
XENIQ ships with the warehouse pre-built around the verticals the agency serves. Analysts spend their time on insight, not on debugging exports.
“Award-caliber creative AND defensible numbers — most platforms give us one or the other.”
DAM links every creative asset to the campaign it ran in, the performance it produced, and the audience it reached. Creative and analytics live in the same room.
For agencies, the right next step is a working session, not a slide deck. We'll bring a real account loaded with sample data in your verticals.
